The NBA Draft is the culmination of the league’s regular season and the NBA playoffs.

As part of the draft, the teams that select players will then receive the rights to a player in the NBA for the following season.

For the first time, teams can sign players to contracts after the draft.

Here are the rules for the draft and the rights of NBA teams.

Draft day: April 27th, 10:00am ETThe draft will be held in Los Angeles, California.

The teams that selected players are able to sign the players to new contracts for the next season.

There is no limit on how many players a team can sign before the draft expires.

The players will be allowed to play for their new team after they are released from the NBA and are eligible to play again in the National Basketball Association.

There will be two rounds of the NBA draft: Round 1, April 27-29, 9:00pm ETRound 2, April 30-May 1, 9,30pm ETThe NBA Draft Lottery will be played over a period of time in which the teams with the most total draft picks will win a prize of $1.3 billion.

The prizes are split equally between the teams.

Each team will also receive $1 million.

The winner of the lottery will be announced on April 27.

The lottery is televised on ESPN, TNT, TNT2, TNT3, ESPNU, Fox Sports 1 and Fox Sports 2.

Players who qualify will be invited to participate in a series of interviews with NBA scouts.

The interviews will take place in the following cities: Orlando, Los Angeles and Miami.

The winners of the Lottery are determined by the total number of picks each team received.

The first two picks will be selected in Rounds 1 and 2, and the final two picks are chosen in Rounds 3 and 4.

Teams that do not have enough picks in Rounds 2 and 3 to select a player will be awarded a second round pick.
